Please note: due to limitations of our hosting service, subscriptions to Junior Keynotes magazine must be completed in a separate transaction from Junior Dues purchases.
Eligibility: All Festival entrant teachers must be a member of the WFMC, and must subscribe to the Junior Keynotes (as it is the means by which rule changes are noted). Junior Federation Festival entrants must be a junior member of the WFMC either as a member of a junior club or as an individual junior member. Adult Federation Festival entrants must be an active member of a WFMC senior club. Teachers may not enter students they do not teach.
Teachers with 16 or fewer students must either enter their students through a junior club sponsored by a Federated Senior Club, or must purchase 16 junior membership regardless of the number of students being entered in festival.
