Please note: due to limitations of our hosting service, subscriptions to Junior Keynotes magazine must be completed in a separate transaction from Junior Dues purchases.
All Festival teachers must be a member of the WFMC, via membership in a Senior Club, a Junior Club, and subscribe to the Junior Keynotes Magazine (as it is the means by which rule changes are noted). Junior Festival entrants must be a junior member of the WFMC either as a member of junior club or as an individual junior member. Adult Festival entrants must be an active member of a WFMC Senior Club. Teachers MAY NOT enter students they do not teach. Please see below for the step by step process.
Teachers with 16 or fewer students must either enter their students through a junior club sponsored by a Federated Senior Club, or must purchase 16 junior membership regardless of the number of students being entered in festival.
